Masterworks Advisers charges you a monthly advisory fee (“Advisory Fee”) for the Recurring Investment services according to a tiered fee structure applied based upon expected total aggregate investment amount over time. The Advisory Fee will accrue month over month and Masterworks will assess it retroactively at the end of each calendar year or at the termination of your advisory relationship, if earlier. The Advisory Fee annual assessment charge amount will be included in your calendar year-end pre- and post-investment transaction notices provided to you in addition to being displayed on the Masterworks Platform.
