How can I change my payment method?

You have two convenient options for updating your payment method on an incomplete order. 


1. If you've already made it to the Confirmation Page

Change payment method in order flow

  • Click the "Edit" button next to the payment method
  • Choose your preferred payment method and follow the order prompts to finalize your order

2. Alternatively, you can update your payment method by:

Change payment method via investment history

  • Going to your Investment History
  • Click the "EDIT OR CANCEL" button on the order you'd like to edit
  • Click the "Select Different Payment Method" option 

If you're still having trouble updating your payment method after completing the steps above
