You will receive an email from us requesting to confirm your bank account information with the subject ACTION NEEDED: Receive Your Masterworks Payout! The email will look like this:
How to Complete the Bank Instructions Form:
- Click on the button link ‘Securely Confirm Payout Information’
- This will take you to a new page with a form to provide your bank information to us.
- You’ll notice this form is hosted by a company called Modern Treasury. Don’t worry! We work closely with Modern Treasury to help us collect your bank information accurately and securely.
- Complete the form. Be sure to complete it accurately and completely. Any errors will delay your payout!
- After you submit your bank information, you will receive a phone call from us with in 1-3 days to verbally confirm your bank information
- After that, you should expect to receive your payout within 1-3 days.
