I’m trying to complete my order with my bank account as payment method, why can’t I complete it?

If you are getting an error after hitting "Complete Investment," you may have an error with some of the information you've entered during the identity verification step. 


To check:

  • Exit the order by clicking the "X" in the top corner of the page
  • Click your initials in the top right corner of the Masterworks homepage
  • Confirm that all information is correct
