First off, make sure we have your funding instructions! You can do that by:
- Making sure you have a Masterworks Wallet account open. Don't have an account? Open one here today.
- If you are an international investor, you will receive an email from Masterworks requesting you to confirm your funding instructions.
It is very important that you complete this promptly. Delays in getting us your funding instructions, means delays in processing your payout. If we don't hear from you at all, we will send a physical check with you payout to the address we have on file.
Investors who have given us funding instructions at or before sale announcement can expect to receive their payout with 10 days. We expect to send all payouts within 4 weeks.
